Banners
All Banners will be output at 72dpi at 100% size, with RGB color mode conversion
Each banner comes with 6 grommets, Double needle stitch, and durable 13oz scrim laminated vinyl
Exact color matching is not possible, but we will strive to match the provided art as close as possible.
EMBROIDERY
Successful embroidery is all in the digitizing of the design. Most designs or logos were never created with embroidery in mind, so adjusting for font size, small detail, and keeping within the customer budget are just a few of the concerns, in digitizing any logo.
COLORBLAST
ColorBLAST is full color, CMYK printing on Garments or Accessories, bags, totes and other specialty items.
Printing on White, Lights and Darks with a 100% cotton material, or high cotton content, will ensure the best imprint.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is based off of a screen/separation for each color printed. Simple designs usually 1-2 color, more complex up to 10 colors.
Other charges may include difficult art separation time, white base or highlight creation(for dark garments) and PMS color matching charges.
PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS
Promotional products come in unlimited decorating possibilities, Printing, engraving, embossing, direct digital, etc.
Usually art and design is limited by the product size and it’s imprint area(s). Vector Artwork is preferred for production.
Other charges may include artwork cleanup or conversion, PMS color matching charges and other specialized procedures for production.
PC PROGRAMS ACCEPTED:
Illustrator: 8, 9, 10, CS, CS2, CS3 (convert fonts to outlines)
Corel Draw: 10, 11, 12, 13 (convert fonts to curves)
Photoshop: 5, 6, 7, CS, CS2, CS3
PC FORMATS ACCEPTED:
At 100% of print size at 300dpi CMYK or RGB, B&W 600dpi.

RESTRICTIVE-ACCEPTABLE PROGRAMS:
Other PC programs or formats may be suitable on request and confirmation with the Art Dept.
Also, additional art charges may apply depending on layout & complexity of design or logo.

Upload: In the check out screen click upload artwork and follow the steps.
